Fit Tip Tuesday: Black Bean Brownies!

I was skeptical at first too.

But when I saw this recipe on one of my favorite websites, I was curious enough to try it. I trust Dr. Axe. 

Hopefully, you feel that way about me, and you’ll give these a try. They are AMAZING! They may be healthy, but they certainly don’t taste like they are!

You will need:

1 can black beans
1/2 cup cocoa
4 TBSP extra-virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup xylitol
2 tsp stevia powder
1 tsp organic vanilla extract
3 large free range eggs
1/2 cup gluten-free flour
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 cup water

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together. Grease pan with coconut oil and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
